Teddy The Perfumer came to life when my friend, Helene Ton, discovered that I was making fragrances in secret. Helene, an experienced marketing leader, founder of a skincare line for men, and perfume lover, tried them and told me I had something special. I shared my dream of starting a fragrance house, and with her encouragement and expertise, we decided to join forces. That’s how Teddy The Perfumer was born — a house created by a fragrance lover, for fragrance lovers, with the help of a trusted friend.

Starting my own fragrance house wasn’t something that came from a grand plan or market research. It came from my lifelong dream of creating something beautiful that I could share with the world to bring joy to others.

I’m a self-taught and independent perfumer, and that independence is at the heart of everything I do. I don’t answer to investors or a large fragrance house when it comes to my creativity, and fragrances. Every scent I create is born from my personal passion and vision, free from external pressures.

My inspiration doesn’t come from focus groups, and market research; it comes from my scent memories, from fragrances I’ve always wished existed but couldn’t find, or simply because I think it’s a fun idea.

I’ve always believed that fragrance is more than just a product — it’s an uplifting and luxurious personal experience, a daily ritual that can transform your mood and your day. It’s a way to express yourself, to indulge in a moment of beauty, and to add a touch of luxury to everyday life. But luxury doesn’t have to be exclusive or elitist. I believe that fragrance can be playful, welcoming, and luxurious without the false exclusivity, and deceptive marketing, that too often surrounds fragrance brands.
